Q. Do you ship worldwide? A. Yes we do ship worldwide. Q. When do you ship out packages? A. Most of the time we ship out packages the day after we receive clear payment from the customer. Q. Can I return the item if I am not satisfied and receive a refund? A. Yes, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it. You will receive a full refund if you are not satisfied minus the cost of shipping. You have a life time guarantee of authenticity as long as you own the piece. In the rare case the piece is proven not to be authentic we will provide you with a full refund and pay for return shipping. Q. Do I have to pay to return the item? A. Yes buyer has to pay for return shipping unless it is a return concerning authenticity. Q. Do you pay for customs fees and duties? A. All buyers are responsible for taxes and duties owed in their country. Which means if for any reason your package is held by customs the buyer is responsible to pick their package up and pay any taxes and duties owed. Q. Do your items come with a certificate of authenticity? A. All of our offerings will be accompanied with a certificate of authenticity stating description, age, culture, condition and provenance.
